This free annual event features emergency vehicles, booths with safety tips and information, and local fire department and law enforcement personnel. The event also offers kids’ games and activities, live music, and free sno-cones.
Additionally, SnoCope Credit Union will provide food services. Attendees can get free, hot corn-on-the-cob compliments of SnoCope Credit Union and the QFC located at 2615 Broadway, Everett, WA; and free hotdogs with the works, compliments of the Snohomish County Parks & Rec Department.
Snohomish County’s Department of Emergency Management, Emergency 911, and public safety communications and dispatch agencies SNOCOM and SNOPAC will host informational booths. The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, Mill Creek Police Department, and Fire Districts 1 and 7 will have emergency vehicles and personnel onsite with crime-prevention information. Many nonprofits, such as United Way, Domestic Violence Services, and Victim Support Services, will also be available with handouts and information.
National Night Out is sponsored by the Snohomish County Executive Office in partnership with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, the Snohomish County Parks & Rec Department, local police departments, and area nonprofits.
